Prep time 5 minutes
6 ounces of Beef Chuck Flat Iron
1. Turn on Waffle maker and let heat up.
2. Once waffle maker is heated, spray with non stick cooking oil
3. Place the steak in the middle of the waffle maker and close.
4. Set the waffle timer for 6-7 minutes, depending on the thickness.
5. Remove steak when done and let cool before slicing.
Once the waffle maker has cooled off, clean thoroughly.
