Ingredients: 1 5-6 pound roast 4 medium potatoes 3 medium carrots 1 can, 24 ounces of fire roasted diced tomatoes 1 cup of ginger ale 1 cup chicken broth salt and pepper for seasoning
1. Place the cut up carrots and potatoes on the bottom of the crockpot 2. Place the roast on top of the veggies 3. Add the ginger ale, chicken broth and diced tomatoes. 4. place lid on crockpot. 5.Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. 6. Remove the meat when down and let sit for 5 minutes before slicing. 7. Serve and enjoy.
