Ingredients: (this was actually made with leftover hamburger patties, food should never go to waste.) Per Taco Boat 3-4 ounces cooked hamburger 2 TBSP of cooked Orzo Shredded lettuce Green onions Grilled Mango
Pre heat oven to 325 degrees for the taco boats Cook the Orzo pasta as directed on the box. Roughly 9 minutes If you are using leftover burgers, just chop them up. Or cook up some ground beef, drain well when done.
Place the taco boats in the oven for 4-6 minutes/ Grill the mango's, I use a cast iron grill pan, this gives it some grill marks.
Remove the taco boats when they are done heating up. Put your favorite sauce in the boat, bbq, Wasabi Mayo, Horseradish. Then add the shredded lettuce, then the Orzo, top that with the chopped up burger. Then add the green onions and finish off with grilled mango. Squeeze some lime juice and serve.
