8 oz of London Broil 1/2 can Mikes Hard Lemonade (put in ziplock baggies with the london broil and let marinate in fridge for 2 hours. Take out and let sit until it gets to room temp before placing on the grill) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp roasted garlic 1 tsp onion 1 tsp parsley
Heat the Salt Block to 500 degrees on your grill, do this gradually
mix the seasonings in a bowl, then sprinkle on the steak. Turn every 2 minutes until you get the desired temp. I like my steaks medium, so 160 degrees is good for me. To add some grill marks, place on grill for 30 seconds each side. Remove for salt block and let cool before slicing.
