If you have a deep fryer add oil to the fill lean and heat to 365 degrees If using a pot, fill with oil half way, using a cooking thermometer, heat to 365 degrees
These were made in a deep fryer Ingredients: 1 pound of ground turkey 3/4 cup of bread crumbs 1 beaten egg (optional)
1. Mix all the ingredients in a ball 2. form the turkey meatballs and place on parchment paper 3. When the oil is ready, add the turkey meatballs to the oil. Don't add all the meatballs at once 4. Cook for 2 minutes, make sure they are cooked all over. 5. May be necessary to roll over some of the meatballs to complete the cooking. 6. Remove meatballs and place on paper towel or baking rack. 7. Add more meatballs and continue cooking. 8. Plate and serve.
Note: if you do a lot of frying, you can save the cooking oil. Drain the oil and remove any sediment. Place oil in a glass jar and seal tightly. Keep stored out of sunlight and humidity,
