Prep time 30 minutes Cook time 4 hours on high / 8 hours on low
Ingredients: 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tbls vinegar 1 cup water 1 can tomato paste 1 tbls salt Cook for 8 hours on low.
Line the crock pot with a crock pot liner (great for clean up). In a bowl, combine the Roma Tomatoes, vinegar, water, tomato past and salt, mix completely. Place the ribs in the crock pot, then pour brown sugar on top. Be sure the sugar doesn't have any large clumps. Pour contents over brown sugar and ribs. Make sure the ribs are completely covered. Add some additional water if needed.
If cooking on low, at 4 hours stir the contents, if cooking on high, stir at 2 hours. Do not remove lid at any other time. Let the crock pot do the work.
